Quick Poll

The Republican Party is
still the Party of Reagan
completely out of touch with America
a purely obstructionist entity with no fresh ideas
now a permament minority Party
a racist organization
looking out for the little guy
looking out for the rich elites

Palin's Abuse Of Power

posted Friday, 10 October 2008

Vice-Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, was rebuked tonight (here's the full report) by an Alaskan ethics panel consisting of ten (10) Republicans and four (4) Democrats. The report finds that she abused her power as governor by firing a guy in a personal vendetta because he wouldn't fire her ex-brother-in-law. That's a potentially impeachable offense!

For all her attempts to paint Barak Obama as someone you can't trust, here's a concrete example of Palin lying. She doesn't have a leg to stand on, now. I mean, why would I trust anything she has to say about anything? She's a liar!

The only thing she's had to say about it so far is that the report was politically motivated -- which seems unlikely, given the total preponderance of Republicans on the panel.

My son was telling me today about a couple boys in his class who are always mean to him and they got in trouble for something, and I said, "Well, guys like that always get their comeuppance." It turns out that happens to grownups as well.

Ofcourse she "abused" her power...because she could !! Remeber what ol' Bill Clinton told the American people on TV -

"I did NOT have sexual relations with that woman !!"

He abused the office too. Most of them do to one extent or another. Hey AP, what's your opinion on this ACORN thing? Do you think that the Dallas Cowboys football team (All of which are registered to vote in Nevada) will be voting for O ? Let me know!

You know what kills me about this "ethics panel"? They announce their findings....good, but they don't have the power to sanction her in any way AND they are not going to call for criminal charges. Why was the time and money wasted on this panel if they don't, can't or won't do anything

They're not going to do anything because they're all Republicans. Duh...

As for the ACORN thing, I think it's much ado about nothing. The ACORN guys were submitting the obviously bogus applications to the local election offices. I'm more worried about the illegal purges of the voter rolls in Colorado, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Nevada and North Carolina .

All Palin was and has been is a political want to be. She will do anything at any cost. Hires friends, swears her administration to secrecy, acts on vendettas. Kind of sounds like the current administration. She may very well be smarter than bush every was. But by how much. Neither have the capacity to run a Walmart let alone the Country. Palin is a loud mouth piece with an empty head. Poor Sarah and McCain.
